By uploading or submitting a picture, brand, logo or design image or file to Smart Agent Websites for use on your personalised website, you certify that you have the right to distribute and use this picture, brand, logo and or design and that it does not violate the terms and conditions of this policy or any existing copyrights or trademarks.
